Before you book
Do you take action if the property is already occupied?
That's a different situation, resolved through the legal process, via the courts. We work at the prevention stage and can support you through that process, but we never use force.
What do you do if you spot an attempt?
We alert the owner and the police immediately. Our staff always act within the limits of what the law allows them to do.
Does this apply to inherited properties or ones for sale?
Yes, they're the highest risk: empty, with no utilities connected and no regular visits for months at a time.
How long does the service last?
As long as you need. It's contracted month by month while the property is empty and cancelled once it's sold, let or occupied.
