Frequently asked questions
Before you book
How far in advance do we need to book?
For major trade fair dates in Barcelona or elsewhere in Catalonia, it's best to confirm the team several weeks ahead. Outside those dates there's more flexibility.
Can you send the same team for the next edition?
Yes, and we recommend it: the team already knows the product and the stand.
Do you handle accreditation for the venue?
Yes, we arrange staff accreditation with the fair's organisers.
What happens if someone doesn't show up?
We keep standby staff for services involving several people. Cover for no-shows is included.
