We renovate homes, retail units and offices with our own crews and a dedicated site manager. A single point of contact from the technical visit through to handover.

Design, permits, execution and handover, all with a single site manager responsible.
Kitchen renovations
Installations, finishes and cabinetry fitting in a single contract.
Bathroom renovations
Waterproofing, new installations and a leak test.
Plumbing and drain clearance
Drain clearance, leaks, drainage and replacement of water installations.
Painting
Surface preparation, filling and finishing in homes, residential buildings and offices.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning, concierge, gardening and maintenance with fixed staff assigned and cover for absences. One contract and one account manager.
Home cleaning
Domestic cleaning by the hour, with products and equipment included.
Cleaning for residents' associations
Entrance hall, stairs and garage with a fixed rota and cover for absences.
Office cleaning
Daily or scheduled service, at times that don't interfere with the working day.
Post-construction cleaning
Removal of debris, dust removal and a final check so the space is ready to hand over.
Garden maintenance
Mowing, pruning, feeding and irrigation with an annual calendar and a fixed crew.
Concierge service
An assigned concierge, with a written protocol and cover for absences.
Security
Access control staff, auxiliaries and civic agents for buildings, facilities and events, with a written protocol and service reports.
Security auxiliary staff
Support staff for reception duties, opening up and checking premises.
Civic agent
Presence, information and mediation in public and communal spaces.
Security guards
Licensed guards with a valid TIP card and regulation uniform.
Anti-squatting service
Protection for empty properties: securing access, periodic checks and immediate alerts.
Access control
Staff at the access point, with a written protocol and an entry log.
Events
Hostesses and front-of-house staff for trade fairs, conferences and corporate events, with a prior briefing and a team leader.
